Whoever you are, this workout is for you! ​ ReignFIT Classes are a blend of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and circuit training in a bootcamp style workout. Each workout combines the muscle building benefits of resistance training with the fat burning advantages of interval training to create one awesome workout. Classes run 45-50 minutes and includes a dynamic warmup, workout demo, workout, and often times a finisher. ReignFIT Classes are designed to:
  • Rev up the metabolism and burn fat.
  • Help build power, strength, and endurance.
  • Boost confidence through group training under the watchful eye of a coach.
  • Teach you foundational movements and allow you to progress at your own fit level.
  • All movements can be scaled or progressed to match your fit level.
  • Provide a supportive community and class environment that helps keep you accountable and stay consistent.

Barbell Classes are a combination of olympic lifting movements, barbell compound movements (squats, deadlift, press), and bodyweight gymnastic movements (squats, pull-ups, push-ups) programmed into a daily workout.

​Our goal is to deliver a well balanced program that offers strength, mobility, and high intensity functional movements.
